The Master of Science in Petrophysics program is a joint effort between the University of Tulsa and Network of Excellence in Training, L.L.C. (NExT). Students are required to take four graduate level corses, participate in NExT's Subsurface Integration Program (NSIP) and prepare a field study report, which serves as the Master's project. NSIP comprises more than 50 multidiscipline training and project mentoring modules that are taught by industry experts during the first several months of the program. The Petrophysics program is designed to produce graduates with a high level of competence in the broad field of petroleum engineering. The curriculum covers the essential areas of drilling, production, and reservoir engineering.
